During the get together on the 19th September 2010 the organiser asked the people present to help setup and become a volunteer members of the committee. It was a successful evening.
The volunteer committee members had a meeting on the 26th September 2010 and voted for various individuals to cover each aspect of the committee. The following people were voted to take responsibility for the following areas.
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Volunterr Members.
